Eventful Night at the ER...

Well, after five hours at the ER and about four hours of sleep, we're all still alive and doing well! Braedan and I took little trip to the hospital last night after he was complaining of severe stomach and back pains. He was a little "backed up" as far as digestion goes and he needed a little help. So after some x-rays revealed the culprit, he was able to get some help to move things along and is feeling so much better today. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule our first post placement visit for Friday as we didn't quite get the preparation completed that we wanted to. We're just happy that our little man is feeling better. He's had a rough last six weeks with all the changes in his life. After all the pain and agony, as we walked out of the hospital at 3am, he looked up at me and said,

"Mommy, that was fun, huh?"

I could only smile back and say,

"You know what Braedan, that was fun getting to spend all that extra alone time with you!"

What a great son I have!
